* Update index.d.ts
* Rewrited types for gulp@4.0.
* Updated quotes
* Fixed tslint errors.

* Implemented undertaker in gulp types.
* Removed Orchestrator import.
* Added backwards compatible type `TaskCallback`.
* Fixed `gulp-shell` tests compatibility with gulp@4 types.
