Add missing Promise/A methods
...
- Update Model#Find method to now accept a number as the first parameter
as well as an options object.
- Fix Travis Ci failures.
- Add Promise/A method tests.

I just converted it to an external module, and updated it in areas to
the latest API version (2.0.0 dev13), and improved it a little here and
there.
