2abd80bc01 update signature to translations method of translateProvider 
accordingly to angular-translate source (https://github.com/angular-translate/angular-translate/blob/master/src/service/translate.js#L235-L252) `translations()` method returns translation table when no params or only key was passed.

e4119e7bd7 Making optional parameter optional 
angular.translate.ITranslateProvider has the method useLoader that can be invoked with just one parameter, too (see http://angular-translate.github.io/docs/#/guide/13_custom-loaders#customer-loaders_make-use-of-a-custom-loader)
