* added beforeErrorHook type

* fixed formatting in test

* corrected beforeErrorHook implementation

* @types/got fixed unintended whitespace/style changes

* @types/got fixed remaining unintended style changes

* @types/got reduced to single error type

* @types/got removed doc from beforeErrorHook type as definition is obvious
