* add wegame-api definition

* no need these files for DefinitelyTyped project

* add missing files

* add strictFunctionTypes check

* not allowed by DefinitelyTyped

* modify header according to DefinitelyTyped's standard

* remove OpenContextData test as this extra file is not allowed by DefinitelyTyped.

* remove files now allowed by DefinitelyTyped

* add noEmit to tsconfig.json

* fixed test errors

* fix errors, passed tslint test.
