* CONTRIBUTORS.md: This is way out of date. We track contributors in file headers, and publish these with @types packages. Don't think this is needed. * CONTRIBUTING.md: README.md should be sufficient. * npm-shrinkwrap.json: This describes old dependencies. Don't think we need to shrinkwrap types-publisher and dts-gen. * .gitattributes: We don't have those kinds of files here, so removed unneeded attributes.
