Dave Leaver 0c0a06e1c2 Add react-leaflet (#13922) ... * Add react-leaflet, required some additional leaflet work * 4 spaces * Fix tests, typescript 2.1 * Fix tslint fails. Have disabled no-empty-interface as things get ugly when trying to be clean for it. * Fix leaflet-geocoder-mapzen * Remove a lot of extra unnecessary interface definitions and be mostly no-empty-interface safe.
