bin/debug: Ignore Tweener "has already been finalized" by brute force
Also force sed to use line buffering so we can grep the output interactively

Debug utils: print stacktrace and allow mulitlines debug messages
Encode newlines using non-breaking space.
Don't unconditionally encode newlines though since it the debug script must be
used to decode them.
