7a215149cf Debug utils: print stacktrace and allow mulitlines debug messages 
Encode newlines using non-breaking space.

Don't unconditionally encode newlines though since it the debug script must be
used to decode them.

ede4f10dfa Select journal entries by executable 
This will hopefully catch all relevant logs.

Inserts a new line and two spaces after the journal stamp for readability
