Carlo Cabrera 863b412820 shims/super/cc: fix sysroot flag handling ...

The shim currently does not handle `--sysroot=` and `-isysroot=` flags
correctly. For example, the LLVM build passes `--sysroot=.`, and this is
incorrectly parsed by the shim.
