bc7005db99 Enhanced expander and pivot (#215) 
* Convert expander column to be more like a regular column.

* Update story.

* Simplify setting render on defaultExpander.

* Add more control over expander and pivot columns using the  column.

* Fix default filtering on pivot column.

* Add comments.
