Subject: [PATCH] Bundled Theme: fix height of featured images in Twenty Twenty
 Three.

Fixes max height of the featured images in the Archive, Home, Index, and Search templates to prevent expanding iframe bug.

Props mikachan, ramonopoly.
Fixes #58766.
