General: Fix some precision alignment formatting warnings.

The WPCS `WordPress.WhiteSpace.PrecisionAlignment` rule throws warnings for a bunch of code that will likely cause issues for `wpcbf`. Fixing these manually beforehand gives us better auto-fixed results later.
