Commit [25823] should not have renamed AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED to AUTOMATIC_UPDATES_DISABLED.

Browse Source 
The proper constant is AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED. Keep the filter in line with that too.
