30bae2a1a7 Revert rotating images based on EXIF Orientation. Better time for this would be immediately after an image is uploaded, perhaps in media_handle_upload(), see #7042

6508558092 Add support for 'include' and 'exclude' to [gallery] (include="123,456" would show only these attachments regardless of the parent post, exclude="789,123" would exclude these attachments and show the rest).
