This ensures that not only the array values being compared are equal, but also that their type is the same.
These new methods replace most of the existing instances of `assertEqualSets()` and `assertEqualSetsWithIndex()`.
Going forward, stricter type checking by using `assertSameSets()` or `assertSameSetsWithIndex()` should generally be preferred, to make the tests more reliable.

This ensures that not only the return values match the expected results, but also that their type is the same.
Going forward, stricter type checking by using `assertSame()` should generally be preferred to `assertEquals()` where appropriate, to make the tests more reliable.

If the post status is not registered, assume it's not public, but still allow access to users with edit permissions (same as for a protected post status, e.g. `draft`), so that they could recover orphaned content.
Add unit tests.

WPCS 1.0.0 includes a bunch of new auto-fixers, which drops the number of coding standards issues across WordPress significantly. Prior to running the auto-fixers, there were 15,312 issues detected. With this commit, we now drop to 4,769 issues.
This change includes three notable additions:
- Multiline function calls must now put each parameter on a new line.
- Auto-formatting files is now part of the `grunt precommit` script.
- Auto-fixable coding standards issues will now cause Travis failures.

WordPress' code just... wasn't.
This is now dealt with.

* Automatically delete objects that we were created during `wpSetUpBeforeClass` - posts, comments, terms (except 1), and user (except 1)
* The amount of leftover data between tests was breathtaking - use the new function: `_delete_all_data()`
* Commit database transactions for all `TestCase`s, not just those that implement `wpSetUpBeforeClass` and `wpTearDownAfterClass`
* The tests run 10-20 seconds faster now

Using more than one instance of `WP_UnitTest_Factory` causes all kinds of craziness, due to out-of-sync internal generator sequences. Since we want to use `setUpBeforeClass`, we were creating ad hoc instances. To avoid that, we were injecting one `static` instance via Dependency Injection in `wpSetUpBeforeClass`. All tests should really use the `static` instance, so we will remove the instance prop `$factory`.
Replace `$this->factory` with `self::$factory` over 2000 times.
Rewrite all of the tests that were hard-coding dynamic values.

This makes it way easier to add fixtures, and tear them down, without needing to instantiate `WP_UnitTest_Factory` in every class - removes the need to call `commit_transaction()` in each individual class.

This makes it possible to, for example, retrieve a specific post using the
`p` parameter of `WP_Query`, even if the post is in the Trash, by including
the `post_status=trash` parameter.

We already do this for other non-public statuses, to prevent leaking non-public
information about unpublished posts.
