d6a3c2a0de Add access modifiers to methods and members of list table classes: 
* `WP_List_Table` is the base class that implements `__get()` and `__call()` for BC
* Adds unit tests to confirm that subclasses properly inherit magic methods
* Add modifiers to subclasses: `WP_Links_List_Table`, `WP_Media_List_Table`, `WP_MS_Sites_List_Table`, `WP_MS_Themes_List_Table`, `WP_MS_Users_List_Table`, `WP_Plugin_Install_List_Table`, `WP_Plugins_List_Table`, `WP_Posts_List_Table`, `WP_Terms_List_Table`, `WP_Theme_Install_List_Table`, `WP_Themes_List_Table`

1e68b7dab4 In WP_MS_Users_List_Table::get_views(), remove dead code: 
* `$wp_roles` doesn't need to be imported.
* `$current_role` is set and never used.

b43712e0f7 New develop.svn.wordpress.org repository based on the old core.svn repository. 
* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
 * New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
 * svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
 * Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
 * Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.
