68d7c93974 unified cache_userdata indexes by referencing user_login to ID, got rid of the useless, and broken, get_userid (get_userdatabylogin provides the same functionnality anyway)

02a701f72b Allow multiple args to be passed to apply_filters and do_action. Move some code into merge_filters. Use call_user_func_array so that args can be passed by reference. Provide a default for the second arg to do_action so that we do not have to put empty strings in the do_action calls. Bug 768. Hat tip: morganiq

39baae5246 wp_setcookie() and wp_clearcookie(). Set cookies for both siteurl and home if they are not the same. Update cookies whenever home or siteurl change.

df201019ca Added check if Snoopy exists, and two fairly major bugs in the dashboard. update_option was not serializing objects and $cache->get() wasn't checking for the correct option name.

d2e0a1c81a Allow empty uris to be passed to add_query_arg(). Useful when appending arguments to WP_Query query strings that do not yet have any arguments.
