95808e088f Change the image caption shortcode format to [caption ...]<a><img /></a> caption text + html[/caption]. That way HTML tags in captions are better supported and the shortcode wouldn't break when using the wrong quotes. Props sushkov, nacin, fixes #18311

d219e90d41 Update wp-tinymce.js.gz. 
* Plugins are now sorted alphabetically during concatenation, to ensure consistent generation.
 * Key tinymce/wp-tinymce.js.gz off the revision number, rather than the date.
see #19592.
