This ensures that `WP_UnitTestCase::skipOnAutomatedBranches()` has access to the `GITHUB_REF` and `GITHUB_EVENT_NAME` variables, so that some tests can be skipped when appropriate.
Additionally, account for renaming the `master` branch to `trunk` in November 2021.

For block themes, [52369] added HTML5 support for `'comment-list'`, `'comment-form'`, `'style'`, and `'script'`. However, when sites upgrade to 5.9 with non-block content such as a gallery and caption, the markup was not HTML5.
This commit adds full HTML5 theme feature support for block themes. Non-block content such as a `[gallery]` and `[caption]` shortcodes will natively be in HMTL5 markup without block themes needing to specifically add `add_theme_support( 'html5, .. )` to the theme.

As these tests are intended for the `_add_default_theme_supports()` function rather than `WP_Theme` class methods, the `tests/theme.php` file is a more logical place for them than `tests/theme/wpTheme.php`.

Adds a `public` visibility to test fixtures, tests, data providers, and callbacks methods.
Adds a `private` visibility to helper methods within test classes.
Renames callbacks and helpers that previously started with a `_` prefix. Why? For consistency and to leverage using the method visibility. Further naming standardizations is beyond the scope of this commit.

This replaces instances of `assertTrue( is_dir( ... ) )` with `assertDirectoryExists()` to use native PHPUnit functionality.
The `assertDirectoryExists()` method was introduced in PHPUnit 5.6. As the minimum supported PHPUnit version has been raised to PHPUnit 5.7.21, it can now be used.

The `assertFileIsReadable()` method was introduced in PHPUnit 5.6. As the minimum supported PHPUnit version has been raised to PHPUnit 5.7.21, it can now be used.

This ensures that not only the array values being compared are equal, but also that their type is the same.
These new methods replace most of the existing instances of `assertEqualSets()` and `assertEqualSetsWithIndex()`.
Going forward, stricter type checking by using `assertSameSets()` or `assertSameSetsWithIndex()` should generally be preferred, to make the tests more reliable.

Currently themes can declare support for a given feature by using add_theme_support(). This commit adds a register_theme_feature() API that allows plugins and WordPress Core to declare a list of available features that themes can support.
The REST API uses this to expose a theme's supported features if the feature has been registered with "show_in_rest" set to true.

All PHP files in `/tests` now conform to the PHP coding standards, or have exceptions appropriately marked.
Travis now also runs `phpcs` on the `/tests` directory, any future changes to these files must conform entirely to the WordPress PHP coding standards. 🎉

WPCS 1.0.0 includes a bunch of new auto-fixers, which drops the number of coding standards issues across WordPress significantly. Prior to running the auto-fixers, there were 15,312 issues detected. With this commit, we now drop to 4,769 issues.
This change includes three notable additions:
- Multiline function calls must now put each parameter on a new line.
- Auto-formatting files is now part of the `grunt precommit` script.
- Auto-fixable coding standards issues will now cause Travis failures.

* Disconnect stubs from their changesets when they are updated with a status other than "Draft".

`test_default_theme_in_default_theme_list()` was always being skipped after #31550, this causes it to once again check that the unit tests are up to date and include the latest default theme.
`test_default_themes_have_textdomain()` didn't play happy when a default theme wasn't installed on a site.

This functionality was originally added in [38858], using `symlink()` to put a link to the theme in WordPress' `themes` directory. Unfortunately, not all installs have write access to the `themes` directory, causing unit tests to fail.
The new method is to add the test theme directory to `$wp_theme_directories`, and fix the handful of tests that don't expect `$wp_theme_directories` to have multiple entries.
The test install/bootstrap routines now also check that `WP_DEFAULT_THEME` is defined, in case the tests are being run on a system that hasn't upgraded its' `wp-tests-config.php`.

The position of this template within the hierarchy is of so little use that zero themes in the WordPress.org theme directory make use of it. It's second only to `index.php` in the hierarchy, meaning that any archive template such as `category.php` or `archive.php` will be chosen before it.

In `populate_options()`, if the theme specified by `WP_DEFAULT_THEME` doesn't exist, fall back to the latest core default theme. If we can't find a core default theme, `WP_DEFAULT_THEME` is the best we can do.

This fixes an issue that if you change WP_DEFAULT_THEME and run core unit tests, the tests fail since your theme isn't one of the hard coded lists of default themes. We need to keep this test to make sure that we update the array of default themes for use in other tests.
If we ever change the naming convention for default themes, this will need to be updated.
