* In `get_core_checksums()`, `$return` is set and never used.
* In `core_update_footer()`, `break` is unnecessary and unreachable after `return`.
* In `get_theme_updates()`, `$themes` is set and never used.

Certain versions of cURL appear to claim OpenSSL support but fail to work. We need to not trap users on older versions while we work this out, and instead fall back to an insecure request.

* All WordPress files move to a src/ directory.
* New task runner (Grunt), configured to copy a built WordPress to build/.
* svn:ignore and .gitignore for Gruntfile.js, wp-config.php, and node.js.
* Remove Akismet external from develop.svn. Still exists in core.svn.
* Drop minified files from src/. The build process will now generate these.
