8d02021b7c TinyMCE: update to 4.0.26. Includes fixes for the 'paste' plugin (paste from Word/Excel, paste in WebKit/Blink), show/hide/isHidden in inline mode, drag/drop in tables and in Safari, and others. Fixes #28342, #28016, #28250 and #28067

027f0872bd Update the TinyMCE paste plugin to the latest development version. It includes a fix for pasting from Word: removes inline comments and change tracking.

14ace125ee TinyMCE 4.0.12, first run. 
- Removes wp-tinymce-schema.js and mark-loaded.js, no longer needed.
- Removes the inlinepopups and most of the wpdialogs plugins; wpdialog.js is moved to wp-includes/js.
- Adds charmap, compat3x, image, link and textcolor plugins, previously contained in /themes/advanced.
- Updates the wordpress, wpeditimage, wpfullscreen, wpgallery and wplink plugins.
- Updates DFW, wp-admin/js/wp-fullscreen.js.
