de9e77a9c6 Prevent a notice if $_REQUEST['post_id'] is missing. Just use 0 in this case, which will be the same as using intval on an undefined value.

11fac78a37 Ensure that the entire folder structure exists within the $needed_folders array before attempting to create folders. Fixes cases where the Zip file does not contain a node for a folder which contains subfolders without files in the same level. Fixes #13171
