055deeabff Build/Test Tools: Fix and standardise calls to the tearDown() method in the test suite. 
The parent method should be called after any test-specific teardown.

b984a64c98 Tests: Convert the checks for imagejpeg() function availability to use the @requires annotation. 
This better utilizes the PHPUnit native functionality.

e72fff9cef Code Modernization: Replace dirname( __FILE__ ) calls with __DIR__ magic constant. 
This avoids the performance overhead of the function call every time `dirname( __FILE__ )` was used instead of `__DIR__`.

This commit also includes:

* Removing unnecessary parentheses from `include`/`require` statements. These are language constructs, not function calls.
* Replacing `include` statements for several files with `require_once`, for consistency:
 * `wp-admin/admin-header.php`
 * `wp-admin/admin-footer.php`
 * `wp-includes/version.php`

c6c78490e2 Coding Standards: Fix the remaining issues in /tests. 
All PHP files in `/tests` now conform to the PHP coding standards, or have exceptions appropriately marked.

Travis now also runs `phpcs` on the `/tests` directory, any future changes to these files must conform entirely to the WordPress PHP coding standards. 🎉

This is now dealt with.

8045afd81b Move PHPUnit tests into a tests/phpunit directory. 
wp-tests-config.php can/should reside in the root of a develop checkout. `phpunit` should be run from the root.
