Incorporating a new 'cache_results' parameter into the WP_Term_Query class, this commit empowers developers with the ability to bypass query caches, explicitly triggering database queries when needed. This brings the `WP_Term_Query` class inline with `WP_Query` and `WP_User_Query` that already have a 'cache_results' parameter.
Update the `term_exists` function to use this new parameter, so the term query caches are not used while importing.

When utilizing the `terms_clauses` or `get_terms_fields` filters within `WP_Term_Query` and the selected fields are modified, the entire term object is now cached. This adjustment is necessary because filters can broaden the selected fields beyond just the term ID. Fields linked to the term object, such as the count or parent, may undergo modifications when queried. Caching the complete object ensures the accurate storage of these modified fields within the cache.

[https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/blob/9.6/ChangeLog-9.6.md#961---2023-02-03 PHPUnit 9.6.1] deprecated the `assertObjectHasAttribute()` and `assertObjectNotHasAttribute()` methods, leading to deprecation notices in a number of tests.
[https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/blob/10.1.3/ChangeLog-10.1.md#1010---2023-04-14 PHPUnit 10.1.0] brought the methods back by popular request, though renamed as `assertObjectHasProperty()` and `assertObjectNotHasProperty()`, to prevent confusion with PHP 8.0 attributes.
This meant that users which cannot (yet) upgrade to PHPUnit 10.1+ would always have deprecation notices for these methods without recourse. So, after much discussion, the new methods have been backported to [https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/blob/9.6/ChangeLog-9.6.md#9611---2023-08-19 PHPUnit 9.6.11], leaving just the 10.0.x series with a deprecation notice and no recourse.
What does this mean for WordPress?
WordPress uses the [https://github.com/Yoast/PHPUnit-Polyfills PHPUnit Polyfills] to be able to write tests for the most recent versions of PHPUnit, with the Polyfills taking care of polyfilling any new PHPUnit methods on older PHPUnit versions.
* The PHPUnit Polyfills 1.x series supports PHPUnit 4.x to 9.x.
* The PHPUnit Polyfills 2.x series supports PHPUnit 5.x to 10.x.
WordPress currently runs against PHPUnit 6.x to 9.x with PHPUnit Polyfills 1.x, while the new methods were previously only included in PHPUnit Polyfills 2.0.0+, as they were introduced in PHPUnit 10.x.
Since the `assertObjectHasProperty()` and `assertObjectNotHasProperty()` methods have been backported to PHPUnit 9.x, the PHPUnit Polyfills will now include these methods in the 1.x series as well.
By upgrading to the latest [https://github.com/Yoast/PHPUnit-Polyfills/releases/tag/1.1.0 PHPUnit Polyfills 1.1.0] release, we can get rid of the deprecation notices related to the use of the `assertObjectHasAttribute()` and `assertObjectNotHasAttribute()` methods.
This could have implications for plugins or themes running integration tests with WordPress if they have set their PHPUnit Polyfills dependency to a fixed version or have a too strict version constraint (limiting the PHPUnit Polyfills to the 1.0.x series). The solution for those plugins or themes is to update their version constraints for the PHPUnit Polyfills to allow for the 1.1.x series.

In [34529] introduced lazy loading of term meta. However, this was only in the context of `WP_Query`. Other parts of the codebase, like `WP_Term_Query` did not lazily load term meta. In this change, calls to `update_termmeta_cache` are now replaced with `wp_lazyload_term_meta`, that instead of priming term meta caches, just adds them to the queue to be primed it ever called. This results in far less database queries, as there a number of places where term meta is being primed unnecessarily and never used. Adding everything to the term meta queue, also means that if term meta is used, that is all loaded in a single database / cache call.

* Some assertions were unnecessarily duplicated. They aim to test the function behavior both when passing a term ID and term object, however that is already handled via the `$use_id` parameter of the `get_term()` helper in the same test class. The data providers already supply test cases both with a term ID and term object, so there is no need for a second assertion or a whole second test method with a term object.
* One `get_term_feed_link()` test was unnecessarily skipped half of the time, when term object was passed instead of term ID. Instead, it can use a dedicated data provider and avoid skipping.

* Using more descriptive test method names to clarify the intention of the tests.

Dynamic (non-explicitly declared) properties are deprecated as of PHP 8.2 and are expected to become a fatal error in PHP 9.0.
In each of the cases included in this commit, one or more individual tests set a property to allow a filter or action access to certain information.
This commit:
* Explicitly declares these properties and documents in which tests they are being used.
* Adds a reset to the default value of the property to a pre-existing `tear_down()` method or adds that method specifically for that purpose. This ensures that tests do not accidentally “taint” each other.
As these properties are being declared on test classes, they are marked as private. Even though the original dynamic property was public, this should not be considered a backward compatibility break as this only involves test classes.
Includes:
* In the `Tests_Post_Query` class, there were two tests assigning a value to an undeclared `$post_id` property, but subsequently not using the property, so those assignments should have been to a local variable (if they should be assignments at all).
* In the `Test_User_Capabilities` class, the property name had a leading `_` underscore. This is an outdated PHP 4 practice to indicate a private property. As PHP 4 is no longer supported, the leading underscore is removed from the property name.
* In the `Tests_User_Capabilities` class, an unused `$_role_test_wp_roles_role` property was declared somewhere in the middle of the class. That property is now removed in favor of `$_role_test_wp_roles_init`, which appears to be the intended name, previously misspelled.

Dynamic (non-explicitly declared) properties are deprecated as of PHP 8.2 and are expected to become a fatal error in PHP 9.0.
In this particular case, the test classes contain a `set_up()` method that sets a group of properties, which are ''used'' by the tests, but the values of these properties are never ''changed'' by the tests.
In other words, setting these properties in the `set_up()` is an unnecessary overhead and the properties should be changed to class constants.

The query cache currently implemented in `WP_Term_Query` caches the final output of the query, depending on what fields are requested. This is wasteful, as if a user requests `fields` => `all`, then an unlimited array of `WP_Term` objects could be stored in the object cache. Instead of storing the whole WP_Term object, this change only the term_id is stored. To get an array the full WP_Term objects, the `_prime_term_caches` function is called with an array of ids. In instances where a persistent object cache is not in use, then this will result in another SQL query to be run. After `_prime_term_caches` is called if this term is requested again in the same page load, then it will already be loaded into memory. If a user runs `WP_Term_Query` with the fields param set to `all_with_object_id`, an array of objects containing both the term_id and object_ids are stored in cache.
This change also improves the logic to load term meta caches. This change ensures that term meta is always primed for all terms loaded in the term query.

`get_term()` accepts a term ID, instance of `WP_Term`, or an object (i.e. `stdClass` as a result of a db query). Functions that use `get_term()` also now allow for the same data types.
Why? For consistency, removing extra processing code in consuming functions, and performance.
Functions changed in this commit are:
* `get_category_feed_link()`
* `get_term_feed_link()`
* `get_tag_feed_link()`
* `get_edit_tag_link()`
* `get_edit_term_link()`

Adds an expectation for PHP 8.1 "passing null to non-nullable" deprecation notice to select tests where the deprecation is generated by one of the functions in the `wp-includes/formatting.php` file, either via a filter hook callback or by a direct call.
Instead of haphazardly fixing these issues exposed by the tests, a more structural and all-encompassing solution for input validation should be architected and implemented as otherwise, we'll keep running into similar issues time and again with each new PHP version.
To discourage people from "fixing" these issues now anyway, this commit "hides" nearly all of these issues from the test runs.
Once a more structural solution is designed, these tests and the underlying functions causing the deprecation notices should be revisited and the structural solution put in place.
Includes a few minor other tweaks to select tests:
* Removing a stray `return` (twice) from assertion statements.
* Removing calls to `ob_*()` functions in favour of letting PHPUnit manage the output catching. This prevents warnings along the lines of `Test code or tested code did not (only) close its own output buffers`.

> PHPUnit 8.0.0 introduced a `void` return type declaration to the "fixture" methods – `setUpBeforeClass()`, `setUp()`, `tearDown()` and `tearDownAfterClass()`. As the `void` return type was not introduced until PHP 7.1, this makes it more difficult to create cross-version compatible tests when using fixtures, due to signature mismatches.
>
> The `Yoast\PHPUnitPolyfills\TestCases\TestCase` overcomes the signature mismatch by having two versions. The correct one will be loaded depending on the PHPUnit version being used.
>
> When using this TestCase, if an individual test, or another TestCase which extends this TestCase, needs to overload any of the "fixture" methods, it should do so by using a snake_case variant of the original fixture method name, i.e. `set_up_before_class()`, `set_up()`, `assert_pre_conditions()`, `assert_post_conditions()`, `tear_down()`, and `tear_down_after_class()`.
>
> The snake_case methods will automatically be called by PHPUnit.

> > IMPORTANT: The snake_case methods should not call the PHPUnit parent, i.e. do not use `parent::setUp()` from within an overloaded `set_up()` method. If necessary, DO call `parent::set_up()`.

Using the `assertContains()` and `assertNotContains()` methods with string haystacks was deprecated in PHPUnit 8 and removed in PHPUnit 9.
While WordPress test suite currently only supports PHPUnit up to 7.5.x, this allows us to switch to newer assertions ahead of adding full support for PHPUnit 8+.
These methods introduced in PHPUnit 7.5 should be used as an alternative:
* `assertStringContainsString()`
* `assertStringContainsStringIgnoringCase`
* `assertStringNotContainsString()`
* `assertStringNotContainsStringIgnoringCase`
As WordPress currently uses PHPUnit 5.7.x to run tests on PHP 5.6, polyfills for these methods were added to the `WP_UnitTestCase` class for PHPUnit < 7.5.
