f54b5428c4 Database: Increase the size of wp_posts.post_password to 255 characters. 
Longer passwords and passphrases are much more common than when post passwords were introduced all those eons ago, so let's increase the length of the `post_password` field from 20 to 255 characters.

The password will continue to be stored in plaintext, as the ability for the post author to view the password is a commonly used feature.

Trivia: this was the last 3 digit Trac ticket to be closed.

961dd36801 Plugins: Clean up uninstall_plugins option during database upgrade. 
`register_uninstall_hook()` is designed to be given a function callback (or a static class variable), not an array/object instance. This got blocked in [16339] but the option itself was never cleaned up.

048bb7b250 Revisions: Remove unused post meta data during database upgrade. 
Introduced in [23811], WordPress displayed some additional information for restored revisions for a short period of time. This was removed again in [25194], but the meta data was still being saved unnecessarily.

After 3 years and no plugins ever using this meta data, it's time to stop collecting it.

Fixes #36526.

be75cdbe7c TinyMCE, inline link dialog: 
- Reset the inline dialog when canceling the advanced modal. If there is a link it should be on the first stage: follow/preview link.
- Fix tabbing in the inline edit dialog.
