Now that there is a separate test class for `wp_insert_post()` tests, some of the pre-existing tests from the general `Tests_Post` class can be moved there. Includes: * Removal of unnecessarily setting the current user to Editor for all tests. * Removal of unnecessarily setting the cron option to an empty array for all tests.
