Sergey Biryukov 0d51c50057 Customizer: Fix failing tests on PHP 5.2 after [33488]. 
`assertNotFalse()` is not included in PHPUnit 3.6.12, use `assertInternalType( 'int' )` instead.

fixes #32814.
