Gary Pendergast dec1cba410 Add get_avatar_url(), for retrieving just the URL of an avatar, rather than the entire <img> tag that get_avatar() produces. ... Unlike `get_avatar()`, `get_avatar_url()` is not pluggable. It can be extended/or modified through the new filters included. Fixes #21195.
