Andrew Ozz 42ac48d52a TinyMCE: ...

- Fix complex character input in Japanese, Chinese, etc. Was broken in getCursorOffset() in editor-expand.js.
- Disable auto-scrolling in some edge cases when editor expanding is enabled.
