Sergey Biryukov 77883f97fc Tests: Improve get_pages() tests organization. ...

Includes:
* Renaming some tests for clarity.
* Moving some tests to a more appropriate place.
* Moving the `@covers` tag to the top of the class.
* Using consistent formatting for assertion messages.
