Sergey Biryukov ba6b4c4cd9 Coding Standards: Correct alignment in WP_Site_Health::get_test_update_temp_backup_writable(). 
This fixes an `Equals sign not aligned with surrounding assignments; expected 1 space but found 6 spaces` WPCS warning.

Follow-up to [51815].
