Jb Audras 22f5f109bc Build/Test Tools: Expand unit tests for theme.json. 
This changeset adds unit test coverage for the following features:

- Gradients
- `filter` (Duotones)
- `blockGap`
- `shadow`
- `useRootPaddingAwareAlignments`
- `appearanceTools`

Fixes #56611.
