Andrew Nacin d219e90d41 Update wp-tinymce.js.gz. ...

* Plugins are now sorted alphabetically during concatenation, to ensure consistent generation.
 * Key tinymce/wp-tinymce.js.gz off the revision number, rather than the date.
see #19592.
