* Added getDefaultGeometry method

* Added missing methods to Navigation class:
- getWorldPoint
- screenToViewport

* Added missing method to Viewer3DImpl class:
- viewportToRay

* getDocumentNode returns any rather than object

* added interface to specify API endpoint

* move properties to top of the class
