Fixing export to match package

chai-jest-snapshots doesn't use `export default`, so
`import * as chaiJestSnapshots from 'chai-jest-snapshots'` gives compiler errors and
`import chaiJestSnapshots from 'chai-jest-snapshots'` gives runtime errors
