* update openlayers: - move `ol.format.ogc.filter` to `ol.format.filter`; - add `view.animate()` method; - change `ol.Map#forEachFeatureAtPixel` and `ol.Map#hasFeatureAtPixel` parameters; * Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/master'
