* Improve typing of makeAsyncSelect.
Improve typing of `makeAsyncSelect`, before change I wasn't able to properly use `makeAsyncSelect` decorator function because of
TS error `error TS2604: JSX element type 'NAME' does not have any construct or call signatures.`, also props from `SelectComponent` wasn't inferred.
* Update Async.d.ts
* Update Async.d.ts
* Fix ClassProps and FunctionProps types.
- Replace the `any`s by proper types.
- Return an `pki.rsa.PublicKey` instead of `pki.PublicKey` to be
more specific (the latter also allows ed25519).
- Make `pki.setRsaPublicKey` an alias of `rsa.setPublicKey`.
* Added class Query and improved types for Formula and IndexedFormula
* Fixing some errors revealed after testing code
* rdflib.js - improving some signatures
* Fixed signatures for Literal and Variable and helper methods
* Fixed a misplaced JSDoc block
* [openid-client] add more detailed types to introspection respose
* [openid-client] scope type as string
* Make additional responses unknown, and make types readonly
Add typings for the `@segment/analytics.js-core` library.
The segment-analytics and @segment/analytics.js-core are the same, as the first one just configures the later one with integrations.
* [@types/slate] Update for version 0.47
* [@types/slate-react] Changes Immutable import to just Immutable.List
* Move `rules` property from `Rules` interface to `SchemaProperties` interface
* Fix definitions in slate-react
* Allow passing arbitrary TArgs to all utilities
I'm facing an issue when using `graphql-resolvers` along with `graphqlgen` (for generating resolver types: https://github.com/prisma/graphqlgen). I get correct generated types from `graphqlgen`, but when I try to create a resolver using `combineResolvers`, I get a type error.
Here is an example:
```js
contest: combineResolvers(authHelpers.isAuthenticated, contestResolver)
```
The snippet above gives me this typescript error:
```
Types of parameters 'args' and 'args' are incompatible.
Property 'id' is missing in type 'TArgs' but required in type 'ArgsContest'.
```
Where my `contestResolver` has the type `(parent: undefined, args: QueryResolvers.ArgsContest, ctx: Context, info: GraphQLResolveInfo) => Contest | Promise<Contest>`.
Where `ArgsContests` is
```
export interface ArgsContest {
id: string;
}
```
And my `isAuthenticated` resolver has type `(parent: any, args: any, { me }: Context) => ForbiddenError | undefined`.
Since right now I have no way of passing my own `TArgs` I have no other way but to ignore the error.
With this PR I introduce the ability to pass a generic `TArgs` of my liking that let's me make typescript happy when using `graphqlgen` generated types. If no generic for that argument is passed, then `TArgsDefault` is used, which is equivalent to what the previous typings had.

Made a mistake adding myself to the list.

For some reason it did not like the multi-line version either.
