PreviewedWindowNavigator: Navigate tiling with preview-strip and live changes

Temporary bindings: <super><ctrl>,/.

Note: can probably unify this and LiveWindowNavigator making the preview
optional. We probably want some sort of extra decoration on the actual windows
even when the preview is shown too.
