Fix broken startup
...
The workspace init loop doesn't like that workspaces aren't fully initialized
when running add_all_from_workspaces(workspace). (not sure why, since we really
should only be referencing workspaces[workspace.workspace_index] which is
initialized above the call.

Fix: scaling issue using set_pivot_point
...
`scale_center` is deprecrated, new windows gets 0.5, 1 as pivot point to scale
around, which doesn't mix well with scaling_center.
