Mcat12 ff62cb8eea Wrap API promises to provide a way to cancel them 
This can be useful when moving from one page to the next so that
the old page's promises and timeouts don't try to run `setState`
on an unmounted component.

Mcat12 a1b156caf7 Use HashRouter instead of BrowserRouter 
Effective change is moving from `/dashboard` to `/#/dashboard`.
This means that instead of relying on a server-side rule to redirect `/*` to `/index.html`, the JavaScript handles it for us by making the server think we want `/` and having JavaScript open the `/dashboard` page for us.

Mcat12 e6b8117853 Implement fakeAPI functionality 
I need it temporarily, but it is a good feature to have for testing anyways. Simply place the API output you want to expose in the correct file (`public/fakeAPI/stats/summary`) and make sure that the config file you are using has `fakeAPI` set to `true` (`.env.development`).
