Mcat12 6fafd647f6 Use server-side cursor pagination in the Query Log 
Also, the Query Log has been updated to use the new log format which
comes with the addition of pagination.

A new column, Reply, has been added. It holds the reply type and
response time.

Filtering and sorting are disabled until they can be reimplemented.

The translations have been updated, as a few strings were added.

Mcat12 b2f9fbe085 Fix doughnut charts acting weird when resized 
The charts would start displaying data from other charts, and would have
graphical glitches. The glitches are fixed by giving the chart its own
copy of the dataset.

Mcat12 dc3c9f0640 Add recommended servers to the upstream DNS input 
This uses a new package: react-bootstrap-typeahead.

You can switch between the custom and recommended input types via a
toggle button.

It should only be added when testing against a real API instance. Most
of the time, development is done against the fake API, or there is no
real API running to test with.
