8a76e0fdab Finalize the code which redirects to about.php after a core update. Only triggers on update-core.php in case wp_update_core() is called in a different context.

fc9bd67e14 Move WP_Editor to a _WP_Editors encapsulation. 
* WP_Editor will return in 3.4 as a one true API for editor instances. Stick to wp_editor() for now.
 * TinyMCE can now be forced on with tinymce = true. It defaults to the value for user_can_richedit().
 * Restores wp_default_editor(), wp_link_query(), wp_link_dialog(), wp_fullscreen_html().

061c4c9841 Two style tweaks to the update nag so it blends well with help/option panels and the admin bar. 
* Add a top border to it, but hide it under the admin bar. Helps appearance as the page is rendered (as admin bar is last).
 * Bring the update nag slightly off center again (see [19130]) to ensure it lines up with help/options panels.

3940109c7f Store screen help and options as static data against WP_Screen. Individual screen objects no longer hold data it can't re-generate on construction or otherwise fetch. convert_to_screen() now returns a WP_Screen object. Various globals are gone. Introduces WP_Screen::get_option(). Allows for a formal factory to be introduced later. see #18785.

19d613fed2 Merge the four media buttons into one. 
* Lots of red.
 * Removes the type_url_form_\$type filter, where \$type is audio, video, file, or image.
 * Replacement filter is a generic type_url_form_media filter for the new unified form.
 * Some functions have gone missing; they'll be restored and deprecated in a later pass.

caa6046220 [18294] was a bit too quick to eliminate backslashed apostrophes in translated strings. $s as a placeholder becomes a variable. Switch to %s and %s, as the href will always come before the text, so no need for numbered placeholders. fixes #17781.

9f4d6e2d27 Fix whitespace discrepancy between Manage Themes and Install Themes tabs. props trepmal. Don't show a single Manage Themes heading as a tab if the user doesn't have install_themes. fixes #17758.
