Add test coverage for requests of a single user resource for authors of post types registered as:

- public = true, show_in_rest = true: success without auth.
- public = true, show_in_rest = false: fail without auth.
- public = false, show_in_rest = true: success without auth.
- public = false, show_in_rest = false: fail without auth.
